Cooking with the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef
WARNING: Always make sure you unplug your Red Copper 5 Minute Chef from the electrical socket when it’s not in use and before any cleaning.
Make sure you allow your Red Copper 5 Minute Chef to fully cool.
Always check the User Manual for guidance on the safe use of your Red Copper 5 Minute Chef before you do any cooking.
Remember that you will be working with hot food, so always ensure that all safety requirements are fully in place before you start any cooking and please exercise care and caution as you follow the steps in this guide.
When removing cooked or hot food from your Red Copper 5 Minute Chef always wear oven gloves.

Place the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef on a flat surface and plug in the power cord.
- 2.
When the red indicator light is on, the cooking surfaces are heating.
- 3.
The cooking well is ready for your ingredients once the green light is illuminated.
- 4.
Unlock the latch and raise the lid to add your ingredients.
You may want to add a small amount of butter or oil to the cooking surfaces, though this is not necessary. - 5.
Close the lid. Take care not to lock the lid with the latch whilst cooking.
Note: Locking the latch whilst cooking may cause pressure build-up and forceful release of steam. DO NOT flip the unit whilst cooking. - 6.
When your food is done cooking, carefully open the lid.
Keep arm and body to the side to prevent potential burns from escaping steam or heat. - 7.
Use the provided spatula to remove food from the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef.
