• Always check the User manual for guidance on the safe use of your Verti Steam Pro.


    DO NOT use horizontally, the Verti Steam Pro has been designed for vertical use only.
    DO NOT aim the Verti Steam Pro at people or animals or steam clothes being worn.


    Remember: You will be working with hot water and steam, so always ensure that all the safety requirements are fully in place before using and please exercise care and caution as you follow the steps in the guide.

  • 1. Check that the power lead is plugged into the mains power and the switch is in the On position.
  • 2.

    Check that the Verti Steam Pro is switched on.

  • 3.

    Unplug the Verti Steam Pro from the mains and check that there is water in the water tank, if not fill it until the water reaches the underside of the MAX level.

  • 4.

    Check that the rubber stopper is closed.

    Never remove the rubber plug from the side of the water tank.
  • 5. Check that the water tank is fully clicked into place.
